First 2, then 3 hoop manipulations!!

This workshop will focus on basic two hoop/one hand skills, practicing and drilling with both hands. These include isotwist, isosmear, framed smear, framed upper, isoflower drop and catch, isoflower step through, ocho grip switch and slide. Then we will add in the third hoop to create beautiful symmetrical patterns that will wow any audience.

This workshop will use 3 matching hoops sized 26’-33’ with 5/8 or 3/4 inch tubing.

Prerequisites include an isolation and extension with a single hoop.
